The room was cozy and clean, and the bed was so comfy I almost forgot about adulting! Plus, parking was easy-almost like winning the jackpot of laziness.

The TV remote was more temperamental than my cat. It just wouldn't cooperate at 10 PM-who even does that?

This hotel offers brand-new rooms with mirrors and comfortable bed with plenty of pillows, for example.

The $100 early registration fee policy feels excessive and unclear!!! A better lighting setup in rooms would enhance the atmosphere!!! Improved shower rod installation could avoid awkward bathing experiences!!!

Room of construction workers next door were super loud until 12:30 am

Clean bathroom and comfortable stay, but AC issues made it tough at night.

the hotel was clean with good breakfasts. the room was quiet and impressive, with a king bed and couch, as example, slept really well. fresh food, we really enjoyed eggs, yogurt and hot waffles in the restaurant.

After a long day of bike riding, the shower and bed plus the TV were a DREAM.

Smokers hanging out down the hall in front of the lobby--the smoke wafted right over to my non smoking room (not the hotel's fault).

The staff were particularly attentive as a senior traveler. Clean and convenient spaces added a pleasant touch.

More accessible seating in common areas would help.

I realize this is accessible for people traveling with pets. Unfortunately, this is not good for the cleanliness of the rooms. The room had not been vacuumed before my arrival. Since I was spending a couple of nights, I requested to the front desk clerk --if he could ensure it gets vacuumed. And upon my return that evening, it was. Thank you.

It was all very good.

My room was upstairs and the fan or a.c. wasn't working , so my room was 84 degrees. They didn't have a fan so I was uncomfortable when I tried to sleep. But they apologized . They were ALL very nice.

The location is ideal for hitting up outdoor activities at Cache National Forest. We loved camping and hiking in the area. The staff was super friendly, and the place wasvery comfy and tidy-perfect for our group. Just keep in mind the breakfast hours are from 6-9 am-an early morning is required!

So, hauling our luggage up to the second floor was a bit of a hassle after a long day out.
